Engineered – not measured. Our designs are what distinguished Thermoflex from the competition. Automotive accessories cannot be designed and developed in a vacuum: for a part to look and function in the desired fashion, the design of the whole vehicle must be taken into consideration
Tooling and Production
Thermoflex’s in-house tooling capabilities can significantly cut program lead times while maintaining the exacting standards for which we are known. Our CNC machines offer seamless interpretation of our designs into a finished repeatable product.
Materials
Thermoflex has made a name for itself as an innovator in the uses of Thermoplastic Elastomers (TPEs) and Thermoplastic Olefins (TPOs). Our family of materials can be designed to mimic anything from a soft rubber to a heavy-gauge thermoformed part, and nearly any consistency in-between.
