Thermoflex Corporation is committed to the establishment and maintenance of an Environmental Management System. Through this system, our organization will support continuous improvement efforts, maintain compliance with applicable regulations that affect our processes and products, and prevent the spreading of pollution to our employees internally and our neighbors.

The activities that drive our Environmental Management System include:

• A documented system that is implemented, maintained and regularly reviewed by upper management.
• Training and communication for all employees who support this system.
• Communication of this policy to our customers, neighbors, and community through our website.
• Measureable goals, which include the use of recyclable materials, reducing in the use of paper,
  and the reporting of restricted substances to our customers

Wherever feasible, we will integrate this system with the policies and procedures set forth in our Quality Management System.
